What do you like about DomainRacer Hosting?

The company had a decent cpanel options available and had a pretty competitive price. I had been with them for almost a year and had no major or serious issues, I even left a positive review at the time.

What do you dislike about DomainRacer Hosting?

I enjoyed my stay with domainracer for a while. Everything worked fine up until there were a database server error on their side. As a web development company and reseller hosting provider, our livelihood depend on the hosting services. The issue continued for 2-3 days when most of the time the server stayed offline. Domainracer website, email and cpanel were offline as well. Any attempt to contact them failed (We tried sending a message in facebook, direct mail and even calling the number listed at their whois details through skype). Even after the error was presumably fixed, we saw the issue a few more times before it was fully fixed. The extended downtime caused 3 of our clients to request cancellation of the services. Once we were able to contact them, they promised that the error was fixed and were "extremely sorry" for the inconvenience. As there were only a few days left before we had to renew our hosting service, and although we didn't yet decide if we want to continue using their services or move to a more reliable hosting provider we asked them politely to change the billing cycle to 1 month so we would at least have the time to move our clients to the new server if we do decide we want to switch providers. Their answer was that the minimum cycle is 3 months. Their answer, combined with the fact that we only had a few days of hosting before paying 3 months upfront left us hostage, practically we had to pay 3 times the price of one month for the chance to move our client's websites to a new server. We did try to contact them again and requesting cancellation of the service and requested a partial refund for the remaining time but were sent some downtime sheet, implying that everything was according to the agreement. They refrained giving a direct answer and just kept talking around it. Dont let the cheaper prices fool you, keep your distance from that company. Horrible experience.

What do you like about Host Co In?

Pathtic service, nothing good about them, Systems are all cluttered, Slow support, No deliverability, Wasted my time and energy with them. I must say stay away from them and search for any other servers providers.

Had a pathetic experience with the team. Purchased a server, waited 24 hours , called support several times in a day, Phone calls were not answered, Then via live chat, instead of solving the issue and delivering the server details, they asked me for verifying the phone number, Address etc. A stupid sales executive called and asked the same accunt information and told that the request is activated. I checked the dashboard, the server was active denoted with green color inside the dashboard. They said the server is active, and when i asked abut the server details to continue the work, they said the technical team is working on it. Then i received a mail from their side, asking for additional payment for INR 1500 for firewall which was not mentioned earlier. I asked for refund but iam not sure, if ill get a refund. Overall- Stay away from them, Customer support- Very poor, Deliverability- Very Poor

What do you like about Ebizfreak Web Services Hosting?

They are value for money and they provided us best technical support as I was newbie on this we stuff. Their control panel offers various advance tools like one click site-map generator, .htaccess generator, which made my worries to a little. Control panel has feature of redirection which you can use to redirect any page to your any other website. I just got started and quite satisfied with the services. They suggested me to write this review and I am delighted to write this.

What do you like about Net Craft India Hosting?

The thing I like the most about Net Craft India is their support and fast resolution to any problem. They helped me making our website with wordpress and also help us get it live. I am really happy with no downtime since 1 year which is incredible for me. I am using a small hosting package which comes at very low price and also got the Domain name free of cost. With the help of their sales personal I have set my website with good title and it started to rank at my local area. I already have recommended them to few of my friends who are also happy with the performance of the server and support staff.

What do you like about LeapSwitch Hosting?

I’m a veteran ex-developer who has hosted with a few companies: fast comet, wooservers, and site ground. All are good, but leap switch is better. With fast comet, they use crappy nginx as their webserver. For people who don’t do anything with their sites, it’s not a problem. But if you’re PHP-heavy on the backend, use any webserver that doesn’t handle PHP requests natively (like nginx), and you’re asking for trouble. Wooservers is good, but their prices are now stupid. I had no problems with site ground, but after the initial term is up, they also want stupid money. For the price they quoted me for 1 year, it cost me less for 3 years of service with leap switch and I got a dedicate IP on a shared server! I’ve been with them for over a month and have yet to see the site down. When running a business, this is by far top priority. Although they are based in india, they have servers in the U.S.

If you are looking for a good deal for hosting your e-commerce web site I'd highly recommend eWallHost company. The support team are available 24/7 and normally get the job done in a few minutes.We have had some problems solved, but everything is fine all in all.

What do you like about EWall Host?

EwallHost company has never been anything but helpful and prompt when I faced them with problems. My site availability is almost one hundred per cents, so much extras, disk space and bandwidth are fantastic, though it doesn't affect the server status, very helpful staff.
